Refund Policy - the basics

All payments for sessions, packages, or services are non-refundable, including missed or unused appointments. In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the provider.

Prepaid Packages

Packages & Programs

Prepaid session packages are non-refundable once services begin. If you choose to discontinue before starting, a refund may be issued, minus a processing fee.

Unused sessions may be credited toward future services within a specified time frame (typically 3–6 months), depending on the service agreement.

Courses & Digital Products

All sales of digital courses, workshops, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access granted upon purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course or product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
