Welcome to Nourish Moi Therapy. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services Provided:

Nourish Moi Therapy offers:

• Therapy services to clients located in Florida, provided by licensed mental health professionals via secure telehealth platforms.

• Coaching services to women seeking support with personal growth, resilience, and relational wellness.
  Therapy and coaching are separate services. Due to ethical and legal guidelines, a client engaged in therapy cannot simultaneously receive coaching services through our practice, and vice versa.

2. Eligibility

To access therapy services, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.

• Be physically located in the state of Florida at the time of services.

Coaching services are open to individuals regardless of location but are not a substitute for mental health treatment.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All therapy sessions comply with HIPAA standards to safeguard your personal health information. Coaching sessions, while held with strict confidentiality, are not subject to HIPAA regulations.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments for therapy sessions, coaching packages, or digital products must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Therapy and coaching services are non-refundable.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions may be credited toward future services if used within the specified time frame (typically 3–6 months).

• Courses and digital products are final sale and non-refundable upon purchase.
  Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered in cases of emergency at the discretion of the provider.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Appointments

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments without proper notice may result in a charge of the full session fee.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

6. Emergency Services

Nourish Moi Therapy is not an emergency service provider.
If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You may also contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.

7. Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for securing a private, reliable internet connection and an appropriate device for telehealth services. While we strive to maintain a stable and secure platform, we are not responsible for client-side technical issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and digital products, is the property of Nourish Moi Therapy and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nourish Moi Therapy is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• Any unauthorized access to personal information despite our security measures.

• Any misunderstanding regarding the distinctions between therapy and coaching services.

Use of our services is at your own risk.
